Compassionate support tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and challenges.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, & ACT to help clients better understand thought patterns, regulate emotions, & respond to stress more effectively. Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, & grounded in your lived experience. Together, we’ll work toward building practical coping skills & increasing self-understanding.

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve spent so much time caring for others or pushing through on your own. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and not alone. You don’t have to navigate this season of life by yourself. Healing, clarity, and meaningful change are possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I am also Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) and specialize in supporting individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many emotional ups and downs that can accompany parenthood.

  • Getting started is simple. Fill out the contact form, and we'll schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During that call, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, any questions you may have, and whether I feel like the right fit for your needs.

If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first session and begin working toward your goals together.

  • During our first session, I'll spend time getting to know you, your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

Ongoing sessions provide a space for you to explore whatever feels most important—whether that's current stressors, relationships, life transitions, childhood experiences, work challenges, or anything else impacting your well-being.

Throughout the process, I will ask questions, offer feedback, and help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward your goals.

When appropriate, I may recommend resources such as articles, worksheets, podcasts, or books that align with what we're discussing and support your growth outside of sessions.

We'll also explore ways to support your overall well-being, including self-care, healthy boundaries, and creating greater balance in your daily life.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions to establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As progress is made, sessions may transition to every other week or monthly based on your needs and goals.

We will regularly discuss what frequency feels most beneficial, and you're always welcome to reach out if additional support is needed between scheduled sessions.
